Pain inside anus whenever semen comes out

Dear doctor,
My name is arjun,age 22. For the past 5 years I have this problem which is, whenever semen comes out, I have experienced untolerable pain that radiates from inside part of my anus and lasts for 10 mins. Now a days when ever i feel erection i have a pain inside anus and this lasts continously. Kindly suggest me the cure and what is the problem with me, I am very much worried.
