numbness and pain

What may be wrong if you have numbness and itching in the thighs, numbness also in your back and lower abdominal with aches where you can't lay down without being in pain, swelling, fatigue, faintness, rapid weight loss. I already been diagnosed with Bell's Palsy, with has taken the left side of my face, with blurred vision, keen and hearing loss, taste buds messed up and sensitive to certain things like toothpaste.
I don't know what's going on, clinics take too long on making appointments here.
