shaking index finger

Hi,
Im 36yo male.good heath.3days ago my left index finger started to shake ( like jumping pulses).
why?

Hello Dear,
The twitching may be occasional.. An electromyograph test is desirable to assess your condition better.
Do you also have altered sensations, fatigue, muscle cramps and exercise intolerance?
You should consult a neurologist and evaluate the cause.
