Shortness of Breath When twisting/muscle grinding

by noahkapoa007, Jun 14, 2008 05:49PM
Hi there i'm 17 years old and a few months ago a cracked my back and since then when i stand up straight and place my arms at my sides in a motorcycle riding positions and twist my torso side to side i hear a muscle not grinding but touching or in contact with eachother if i could describe it like that. Though when i do twist side to side i get a lack of air intake this is the only time i notice the sound and lack of airintake and the sound changes when i start at my left (changes in the center) but then goes back to an original sound at the right.its more upper back if i had to guess as there is no pain but i weird sound and i am worried about the lack of air intake when twisting in that specific position but other than that i am in great health!

Thanks,
