You are underweight for your height, however, you are young. If you work on toning up your body with weights and yoga to build up lean body muscle then you will gain weight (muscle weight more than fat) and muscle. You do need to eat more and for your age you need about 2900 calories per day. Eat 3 meals a day with snacks between meals and a healthy variety of foods from all the food groups.
