Odd Red Mass in Sperm?

I was masturbating today and I noticed in my sperm there was a piece of a red hard substance. it was about as long as a dime, and a few toothpicks thick. I'm really freaked out right now because this has never happened before. Anyone know what this is? Also there was no blood or anything else. It was just this very hard red mass.
