How long should i wait to confirm HIV results after sexual encounter

I had sex one month back i used condom, i dont know whether the condom got split or not. after 4 weeks i got red dots on penis top they are not itching and paining, white patch( its like a line) in my mouth,  i went to a test week 4 n got HIV negative.
Am I safe or should i need wait until 3 -6 months to confirm. I'm very much tensed,worrying a lot. Please help me

if you used a condom then you should be fine, its usually pretty obvious if it splits. your probably in the same position as me because i somehow think every symptom i have is related to hiv! as long as you used a condom dont worry about it and move on!
