Pudendal Nerve Burning

I have burning from my pudendal nerve following ACL repair for my knee.  I am on 1200mg neurontin as well as ambien cr to sleep and lexapro for pain and sanity.  This began in recovery from the knee surgery 1 yr. and 3mos. ago.  I recently (4wks ago) got botox for the piriformis syndrome that developed from this pain.  Now the burning in my vulvar area is through the roof.  I am in NYC.  I do not have PNE  it was caused by either positioning of the leg or a misguieded anesthetic spinal needle at the time of surgery.  Venous congestion was found.  I am most concerned about RSD before I get a nerve block and I can't seem to find a highly specialized doctor who does this under floroscopy as well as anyone in NYC that specializes in the pudendal nerve.  Can you recommend a NYC doctor who specializes in the pudendal nerve and / or a community through which to go that is here?  Please help.  I am really being burning all day and all night.
