Numbness, Pain.in head and Face.

I have lupus, and I now have this horrible numbenss and pain in my face and head. I was just in the hospital because I had stroke like symptoms. I alson have had tremors and a pain and burning down the back of my neck. the pain and numbness is increased by stress and cold or heat. I am about to loss my mind!
