34Lb left to move - anyone in the same position?

by Whatawoman, Jun 17, 2008 11:45AM
I lost 67lb last year then gave up and stayed the same for 14 months then put 20lb back on -  so I now have 34lb I am determined to move between now and Christmas day.

Basically I am a total chocoholic -  I love anything chocolate, biscuites, cakes, ice cream you name it.....

Finances are tight so I can not resume my gym membership - but at home I have a small trampoline and a lateral thigh trainer I will start using again.

Basically I am cutting out the **** and adding back the breakfast that I always skip.

I started again on Sunday and lost the first 4lb already (that sudden fluid loss gives me a great boost)

Is anyone else looking to loose about the same amount who is willing to be a weight loss budy -  so we can compare days and boost eachother during bad/ temptation days?

thanks
Helen

I am interested - though I want to lose a bit more than you (50 lbs).  I am just getting started and am not sure where to start.  I hate exercising, but I am considering doing like a salsa aerobics class at my local community college.  I am working at not snacking (I am a stay-at-home mom) and doing little things like not parking close when I go to Wal-Mart.

Have sent you an email -  I too am a stay at home Mum -  my biggest problem is I am doing a distnace learning degree and so spend my evenings online/on the computer and I sit here and munch while I type -  bad bad bad habbit as a whole packet of biscuites has gone when I meant to have one or two -  so now my golden rule is no food at the computer desk!
