Orange oily substance in Urine

by jenney74, Jun 17, 2008 11:54AM
My 13yo daughter frequently passes an orange oily substance when she urinates.  Has anyone heard of this?  I am working with many, many DRs and they are all scratching their heads.  She has had numerous uranalysis and bloodword (all come up with nothing abnormal) catscan and ultrasounds (all come up with nothing abnormal) and will be going for a catheterized contract MRI this weekend.  I am at my wits end.

Can anyone help?

Maybe the fluid is coming from one of the glands in the urethra or the vagina. you should have a gynecologist evaluate this possibility by pressing on the urethra from back to frint to see if any of this fluid can be pushed out in this way. Also look for bulges or cysts in the urethral area.

There has to be an explanation for this, related to her anatomy.
