18 Years Old -- Chest Arm Back

Problems:
Chest pains originating from left breast area. Feelings of tightness or soreness(sometimes sharp tingliing feelings about left breast. Pain at the bottom of my rip cage.
Left Arm pains/discomforts.(tingling, or numbness.) Left shoulderblade uncomfortable.(tightend muscle feeling or soreness.)
((*Main Concerns*: Stimulants such as ecstacy seem to strengthen the pain in the chest about left breast.
leads me to believe of it being a heart related issue, but doctors all tell me no.))
Diagnosed with:
GERD
possibly IBS
anxiety/stress

Anyone with same/similar symptoms have any advice?
I've dramatically changed my diet. Almost seems as if I was addicted to caffiene too because i seem to get shakiness all the time. And I dont drink soda/coffee or any caffiene drinks anymore really.
Im currently taking Protonix also.
Also into herbal supplement alternatives.(Taking Megazyme Acid Easy currently.)
If anyone has any help, please let me know.
