Ablation and myocardial infarction

Why ablation caused no pain?  Myocardial infarction was causing so much pain.  They're both the same, disconnected the blood supply to the heart muscle!

Hi. . .I hope you saw my answer over at the other place. Remember, with ablations they're not cutting off a blood supply to part of your heart. They're just getting rid of the little spots that cause electrical problems in there.
