Signs of Parkinsons?

Hi, my symptoms started with being extremly fatigued. My muscles and joints hurt. My hands started shaking uncontrollably off and on, then my jaw and tongue started doing this also. I had a ton of blood work and a CT scan. All normal. MRI was normal but found a tectal plate cyst in my brain. Does not appear to be causing any issue at this time. I have been waiting to see a neurologist for a month and go next Friday. I sometimes forget simple words that I am trying to say, speech can sometimes become slurred, vision will sometimes be very blurry. Now I am having problems urinating. Urine test shows no signs of infection. My dad had Parkinsons but I did not think it was heriditary. Also having problems falling asleep at night which leads to falling asleep at the drop of a dime during the day. Any advise would be much appreciated.
