Dhea is helping with staying awake and not having to take a nap everyday. Getting really angry gives me some energy but then I crash about 1/2 hour after I get mad. So I have to clean really fast. Extremely low DHEA Levels.

It seems that you have psoriatic arthritis. I was diagnosed with this a year ago. Have a lot of the same symptoms. Also psoriasis on the scalp and the exact same feeling in my back/neck and also sinus problems. A doctor once told me that my sinus problems can be because of the stiffness in my neck. I have also read that the arthritis "goes away" during pregnancy. You should definitely go and see a rheumatolagist as soon as possible.
Good luck
