Pain under the breast

I've been experiencing a tingling sensation and pain under my left breast in my rib area. I notice it most frequently at night when I go to bed. It bothers me to where I have difficulty sleeping. I usually have to try to support my left breast by lifting it up to ease the discomfort. I went to the doctor at one point and he gave me celebrex for inflammation. He thought I had a bruised rib? I took it for awhile and the pain did seem to go away. However, I also lost some weight around that time too. However, the pain is back now. I've NEVER had any injuries to this area. I thought it might be my bra and I tried a sports bra or loser fitting bras, but this hasn't helped. Some cites say it may be an ulcer. Any thoughts? I do have ulcerative colitis, but this seems much to high up for that to be the cause.
