Missing period, Abdominal and pelvic pain

Hi, I have my period regulary but this month has not showed up... I had sex and wore a condom and he did not finish inside... I have abdominal pain but is not like cramps is really bad and kind of a sharp pain... The pregnancy test was negative.... what coul it be??

Hello. There are many possible causes of your abdominal pain, including various infections, uterine growths, certain medications, and hormonal imbalance. This is just a partial list. The pain may not even be related to your having been sexual. Please see your gynecologist ASAP for a check-up to find out what is causing this pain. Dr. J
