I am the new Community Leader for the Crohn's site, (not gastroenterology in general) where questions are only answered by other members, not doctors. We do try to help wherever we have relevant experience or knowledge, but obviously not being doctors, our knowledge is limited.
Your situation seems complex, and probably outside the knowledge/experience of our members.
