mitral valve repair

Hi My heart doctor told me today that I needed to look into mitral valve repair. I had a abalation in november 2007. He told me he would refer me to any doctor I chose. I would like to go to UCLA, because of it being within 100 miles from my home. After looking on the internet, I'm looking at Dr. Shemin. I like the idea of the robotic surgery. Less invasive,quicker recovery time. Does anyone have any recomendations? Or experiences. Thanks Dave
