clavicle bone lump

Can anyone help I have a lump on my right side I went to my gp who has reffered me to the cancer unit next thursday to see a consultant my doctors concern was that the lump is in the area of lymph nodes, I do also get pain down my right side and pain in my right leg. If anyone can help if they have had anything similar please reply
