Hello Doctor,

I did something that i am not sure about its amount of risk so I need to consult a doctor before doing it again.
I went to a chinese massage center, the girl gave me full body massage and during the massage she masterbated me with her hands without condom. Also she let me touch her body and kiss her many times. There was no oral sex and no vaginal sex.
please i need to know the answer to the following questions
1- what's the risk of STDs that transfer by skin to skin contact like Herpes and HPV?
2- After i went back home i found a skin cut in my lips, does this add any amount of risk?
3- if i do the same thing regulary every two weeks or one month, I will need to perform the check up for HIV, and STDs?

Relax. There is no STD risk here.

1) No STDs are transmitted by hand-to-genital contact.

2) Kissing doesn't transmit STDs, regardless of cuts on the mouth.  There is a theoretical risk of oral herpes, but that isn't considered an STD anyway.  Of cousre kissing also risks common cold viruses.

3) You could do the same things every week for the rest of your life and never expect to catch an STD.  You don't need testing.

Best wishes--  HHH, MD
