Basic question on headaches.

by Me967, Jun 20, 2008 01:51PM
Hi.  I have a habit of working for maybe 40 minutes and then having to rest for 15 due to my HR speeding up and a headache.  I sit and cool down until my HR slow's down and my headache goes away in this time too.

Does your heart rate cause these headaches, or just plain hard work?  LOL. Hardy Har Har.  I know that sounds funny; but, I'm actually serious.

Just curious.
