Ok so can any one tell me what spots or changes in the spinal cord on a MRI mean because the doctors don't seem to know?

Hello Dear,
White spots could be due to several reasons.It could be multiple sclerosis, to dementia, to simple changes in the blood vessels (ischemic changes) which would be indicative of stroke symptoms. The finer differenciation depends on the symptoms and the readings by an expert neurologist.
