Burning after maturbation. Irregular. Swollen uretha

If it burns when i pee after masturbation should i be worried, its only happened twice and it goes away after about half hr. Is the only reasons it burns is because my uretha is swollen?
I was diagnosed with clamydia about a yr ago but i took the medication to clear it up so it cant come back right?
Plz could someone answer, i dont really want to go bak to the doctor but i will if i have to. Also will a blood test show up an STD?

You could have an std, but the only way you will know is if you get tested.
