implantation bleeding around ovulation?

My husband and I have been ttc for almost two years with no success. This month on the day of ovulation (day 14) I have had 3 days of what I can only describe as a very light period or very heavy spotting. I've looked up implantation bleeding and it is possible, though I know rare, to have a heavier spotting but would it ever be around my ovulation date?
I am guessing my ovulation date but am normally spot on whenever I test by just following my bodies signs.
Obviously I'm grasping at straws as I do every month my body does something a little different to normal but 2 weeks is very early for my period to turn up (usually day 28+) and it's completely stopped now so only lasted 3 days!

Very confused, can anyone help?

i had a period in the middle of a pack of pills which lasted about 12 days i continued to take them till the end then in my 7 day break i went to see the nurse for a pill check, she decided to put me on the mini pill but i was unable to start them untill i came on. I have had no period since there was 3 days that when i wiped there was a tiny bit of brown stuff on the loo roll it was only once a day over 3 days was it a period? or am i pregnant (im so confused) done 4 hpts and the docs done 1 all neg, is it too early? am i on day 43 or day 31 please help

a few years ago some of my cycles were every 2 weeks, some were on time and the longest one was 30 days so it is possible to have one after 2 weeks

Hiya - I have just had a similar situation and wondered what your outcome was?    Are you pregnant or was it just a mixed up cycle?

I'm afraid I was as I said 'clutching at straws' my period came as usual on day 28. So not pregnant, I guess my cycle was just mixed up.

Have learnt my gut reaction is normally right. :( Still trying though :)

HI DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THERE ARE DRUGS YOU CAN TAKE TO SPEED UP OVULATION STARTING AGAIN? i HAVE JUST COME OFF DEPO INJECTION AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT i MAY NOT OVULATE/GET PERIODS FOR AT LEAST A YEAR IF NOT LONGER CAN ANYONE HELP?
