Broken jaw and constipation....

by Jonny183, Jun 21, 2008 09:54AM
I'm unsure if this is the correct community, it seemed to fit into a few places. I broke my jaw a week ago (which is bad enough) but the diet that i'm on (or lack there of) is causing me major constipation issues. I went 6 days without a bowl movement then managed to go (after alot of straining). Now 2 days later I've gone again but I'm blocked! I mean my 'movement' actually can't fit out of my back passage. I've strained to the point where I've caused a nasty tear and I'm worrying about how I'm going to shift this!

Can anyone recommend anything to help me shift this blockage and in the long term to ensure I have regular and comfortable movements?

Thanks for the help

Jonathan
