Need Advice on Breast Pain Please

Hi,
I have been experiencing non-cyclical burning sensations in my left breast particularly when I wear a bra. The sensation is mainly on the right side of the breast but it can jump around too. I am overweight and have large breasts. I am 36 and my last mammogram was 17 months ago. Thank you for your attention.
