sore throat, diarrhea now stomache pain

ok so i got sick on monday with a sore throat but i had no fever or anythin jus discomfort in my throat, went to the doctor on thursday n he says its jus a viral infection. so i thought i was safe till i got the diarrhea...im jus wondering if this has anythin to do with HIV/AIDS mind you im a virgin but still it creeps me out

i think it comes from some seosonal virus, take realated medicine and dont think on it. take ur self in busy. i think it will leave u. dont think it is otherwise. and meny symptoms in this world matching with each other and it is not the deaseas. last thing take away from dust.
