This disease is not related to normal sadness. In fact it can feel much different.
I'm obviously not trying to diagnose you online, but as a sufferer myself, I can tell that your description of your symptoms are very much consistant with this disease.
You must understand that this condition can absolutly make you feel as if your going insane. Trust me, your not going insane, but that really is how it makes you feel.
I will not sugar coat things. If this is what your suffering from, then it will not just go away on it's own. You will need to seek and get professional help. It's the only way.
Do yourself a favor and get a professional evaluation.

In the meantime there are things you can do to help elevate your mood.
diet eat 6small meals a day . Lots of friut, veggies and grains.3 oz of protien lean meats.
NO caffiene or sugar as these both aggravate depression.
Exercise at least 30 mins a day even if its just a brisk walk. this will raise your seritonin levels and lift your mood.
so let me know when you get your thyroid tested and let me know what Your TSH numbers are.It should be between 3.0 and .3. Alot of doctors dont know this and tend to dismiss you if its even at a 5.
you can talk to me anytime and PM anytime. I will be there to listen
Love Venora
