i was just wondering, can someone get HPV when they have been fingered in the anal area due to the rectums outcome of a little bleeding and very little pain?

I don't fully understand this question.  Your rectum is bleeding?  That's something that isn't normal and you need to see a doctor about.  However, it wouldn't be HPV related.  HPV is almost always transmitted through skin-on-skin contact of the genitals.  I would not worry if your only sexual activity was manual sex.
