i have thoughts that want go away im so worried about my health i need to change the way i think cause i use to not be this way... does any one have any advise.. and also yesterday i was talking on a pay phone and my lips touched the phone. could i catch a disease of some sort from pretty much licking a phone the random people use...

No, you're not going to get any disease from a payphone. But we all have the thoughts, and I've even had thoughts like that plenty, maybe ask your physician about medications? or CBT..
