If he broke your hymen, then you can pretty much be sure you're not a virgin. If not, i guess you can say you are (Although this subject is pretty sketchy and i've had discussions with people about it before).

Firstly calm down.
You're still a virgin, even if he fingered you you would be. to lose your virginity he would have to have his penis actually in your vaginal canal and seing as fingerign hurts you - you'd sure know the difference lol.

I doubt ur preganant, sperm isn't that strong as to be able to get through your vaginal flaps..
