my baby girl is premutare at 27 week she now 7 week old and has good bacteric turn bad what cause it

I cannot tell what you are referring to. Would you describe the situation in more detail?  Sometimes, for example, antibiotic treatment can lead to elimination of 'good' bacteria' in the intestines. Good bacteria, often referred to in the intestines as flora, keep the activity of the intestines stable. If such flora are destroyed, the intestines can become prone to other organisms, such as those that cause diarrhea. Is this what you are referring to?
