what am i to think

by theresa89, Jun 22, 2008 03:37PM
last week i had a needle biopsey and it came back highly suspicious for lymphoma, so i then went for a pet scan which when i went back to the dr said he didnt think it is lymphoma because it didnt chow up on the pet scan but my tonsils and uterus showed up, so now i amm going for surgery tuesday to have my tonsils and submandibular gland removed, the gland because that is where i have a lump but that didnt show up they are taking that out because it is enlarged and the tonsils because they were highlighted on the scan and then after that i go for a pelvic ultrasound and endometrium biopsy to see what is going on there.............what do i think??? why did my tonsils and uterus show up, we were looking for lymphoma and now this.  are pet scans wrong???
