Hi there.

From what you have described, this could be a condition called torticollis which is like a severe form of stiff neck.  This is usually treated with muscle relaxants combined with effective neck stretching under the guidance of a physical therapist or rehabilitation medicine specialist.  In some severe cases, this would require injections with botulinum toxin (like BOTOX) to relax the tensed muscles.  You should bring this to the attention of your doctor/neurologist.

Wishing you all the best.  Regards.
