Sharp pinch feeling while starting the Urine

Dear Sir,
I had Kidney Stone last year and that had been taken out by surgery. Dr. Put a stint as well. Again since last few days, I was having pain in my testicles sometime. I was feeling nausitic and cold. I went to GP and she tested my Urine and the test result came as negative of UTI. But since last 3 days, I am feeling a Sharp needle pinch while I start my Urine. It happens only while starting. I am having planty of Fluid and having tendancy for Urine. Most of the time I feel little buring sensation.
2 days back I had buring sensation in my penis after sex. I don't know what should I do now. I have taken Urolgist appointment but have to wait for 3 weeks. Should I go for A&E, can you suggest me what should I do at this stage?
