Pain in chest upon sneezing after insertion of stents

I am a male, 62 years of age. I recently was diagnosed with having a heart attack on the back side of my heart. No usual heart attack symptoms, just extreme pain in my back. Cardiologist placed 3 stents in my heart. My question is I am now having pain in that area whenever I sneeze. I have to hold a pillow up to my chest when I feel a sneeze coming on. My cardiologist says it's normal. My family doctor won't deal with it because he wasn't the attending physician for the stents. Is this normal or should I find another cardiologist for a second opinion?
