Diovan and Bladder control issues

Has anyone ever heard or dealth with this? That diovan 40mg can cause bladder control issues? The other question is that Vasotac(enapril)5mg better and/or more effective than Diovan 40 mg for treating High Microalbumeria. I understand the difference between ARb's and Ace. I am looking for personal experience or opinion, if someone has switched from Arb to ace or the other way around. Or a Doctors opinion to what might work better. Thank You in Advance.
