One thing that helped me bring my son down into the birth canal was squats, but if your going to attempt it make sure you hold on to DH or something very sturdy, gravity always made me fall during squats lol.
Just spread your legs and put your heels together and do squats, but like I said make sure to be holding onto something very sturdy, I dont reccomend a chair with wheels either lmao.
I dont think you have far to go, maybe the next few days or even this weekend sometime. I wish you the best of luck with you baby and hope you get to hold him/her soon.
My daughter I was in labor for with 3 days, mainly because she was preterm and they were trying to prolong the time I carried her. My second son who was 9pounds 12 ounces only took a few hours. I went into labor at about noon and had him around 4pm. My second son however was quick, I went from 2cm to 7cm in less than an hour, and was only 3 pushes and he was out, well his head anyways, he did have a shoulder dystocia.
They say the more babies you have the faster they come, which in my opinion is so true. With this being my 4th child, my doc handed my hubby an umbilical cord clamp, bulb serenge, and surgical scissors and told him that if my water broke at home, he was probably going to deliver a baby which scares the crud out of me lol.
Just hang in there dear, I honesty dont think the gender of baby causes a difference in how we labor or deliver.
But, on the other hand, I DO remember the pain from delivering my second son, and I am not so thrilled about it either, but I do want to make sure I don't take anything for granted this last time.
I wish you the best of luck, and I dont think it will be long, and I also don't think you will have any major issues during labor and delivery. And if baby is born at home or in the car, atleast you have a good story to tell your future grandbabies.
