How can I overcome my problems with Anxiety, depression....

and Rage while expressing myself in a politically correct manner? The things that enrage me the most is this new concept where the bad guys can say whatever they want as long as they are cool saying it. I feel like we live in a world where what is said means absolutely nothing but how things are being said means everything. A person can have vaid pionts but if it isn't said just right, then the message is lost and this person is stopped dead in his or tracks because it may be said a little too loud or the grammar wasn't to the majorities liking. We will be quick to tell a person that is totally right these days to walk away from a situation just to keep the peace, while the evil people of this world are allowed to continue in their quests. I grew up hearing that a person should stand up for what is right and to yell from the rooftops if necessary but this is not true. Anyone can give me a little insight on this feeling of mine?
