Should I worry?

For the first time on Friday night I recieved unprotected oral sex from a prostitute. I was drunk and stupid and I know I messed up. Never again. Since Friday about 5 days ago, I have not felt anything unusual. No itching, no burning, no pain during urination, and no discharge, But, I can't help feeling paronoid. My doctor is a family friend and if I can I would like to avoid going to him. hould I really worry.

For what it's worth I called the girl back to ask if she was healthy, and she said she was, but, I doubt she would have said otherwise.

In respect to risky sex receiving oral for a man if both parties are free of sores, cuts, bleeding etc it is on the lower end of the risk scale (but it is still on it).

Call planned parenthood, or whatever local clinic is good in your area, and get tested, it may make you feel a little better.  A lot of STDs don't show sypmptoms right away.  

Certainly it is a good thing that nothing is amiss yet, but that doesn't gaurantee anything.

Oral sex is generally low risk for STDs.  There's a very small risk for gonorrhea, syphilis, and and HSV-1 (if she did not have a visible cold sore, forget about this).  My guess is that you are fine, but you could always go to your local STD clinic to get tested if you do not want to see your regular doc.
