Can't get erection

by jimmyb83_2003, Jun 25, 2008 05:35PM
I've been single for a while now, and have found that I have been frequently masturbating.

A couple of months ago I realised that I was finding it hard to keep an erection, and was also receiving some pain when ejaculating. I thought this was because I'd over done it, so I left it a while so that I could "stock up" again!

I also had swab and urine checks for STI's which showed I had no infection. I had these tests because I'd been finding that I had been going to the toilet a lot during work hours (I have a habit of drinking lots of water at work - probably through boredom!), and in between toilet breaks I'd noticed a clear discharge come out of my penis - this wasn't sticky, it was almost water like (it could even have been urine). I also noticed I got a lot of this when I masturbated - it wasn't like the usual pre-*** you get.

After I got the all clear on the STI's the problems appeared to clear up, so I left it. I also started masturbating more frequently again. Now the problems all seem to be back again! I'm 24 and have never had erection problems before and have been able to maintain intense sexual relationships in the past. I have always been a 'keen' masturbater. I seem to hardly be able to get it up, and when I do it doesn't last for long. I can constantly feel a slight tinge to the top of my penis - although I'm not sure if this is just caused by discomfort from the discharge. And I think the increased urination only happens when I'm at work and drinking more water than usual.

What could be causeing these problems and how can I get them sorted? I know I should visit a doctor but I'm off on holiday tomorrow, and was wondering if this could give me some peace of mind until I get back. I also need to get the issue fixed asap as I am close to entering a relationship. For now I have stopped masturbating.

Thanks in advance for any help.
