Pain in the lower left back like old menses pain

Hiya
I have been having terrible cramping spasms over my adrenal glands (I think or that area) and aches over where I think my liver is. I have slightly high creatinine levels. The cramping in my back happens only when I lay down for sleep at night and I end up getting up I am in so much pain. During the day I am now having more low back pain and it radiates across the small of my back from my left flank to the right hip which I find is sore if I press it (so I don't :).
Whether it is relevent or not I have Hashimotos disease, hypertension for which I take olmatec and a duiretic which interferes with aldesterone and renin of the kidney I believe, or at least one of them does.
My bowel has suddenly become irritable and last week I got piles which is unusual for me. My back pain is similar to what I used to get during a period however I am now post menopausal. I will appreciate any help.
