bumps on clit

I have this bump right on my clitorus, and it hurts when i press on it. but nothing is coming out of it (blood, puss..ect). and i randomly get them on my vagina, on the lips, and everything. i never worried about it before, but now i am.
and im not sure if it is Acne, because it has no puss.....HELP?
