Premature adrenarche

Hello,
My daughter was diagnosed with premature adrenarche 1 year ago when she was almost 6 years old. She developed pubic hair and body odor. We did blood tests and DHEAS was a little bit elevated. We see our ped. endocrinologist every 6 months. Now I noticed some axillary hairs under one arm.
Do you have any suggestions, please, I am very nervous.
