Back post-fusion pain

In 2006, I had a L5 & S1 fusion.  Two months after the fusion, the screws had broke.  My doctor said that the fusion looked good despite the broken screws.  Every since, the pain has been getting worse and worse, and now I have pain also in my neck.  I was told that the MRI did not show any spinal cord or nerve damage, but there was two slipped disk.  My legs are constantly numb and I am losing use of my left arm.
