constant pain below belt line constant dry caugh

2 years ago i got pneumonia i cuaghed real hard while i was pucken in the bathroom it felt like my guts were ripping and pulling at my teties. i went and lied down fell asleep for 2-3 hours i woke not able to breeth vary good i took my timp. 108 deg. good tme for the hospital i took a cold shower to cool down and drove to the hospital good thing its only 1.5 miles away. by the time i got to emergancy i couldnt breeth enough to talk the security gaurd noticed me and got a wheelchair for me bells went off and in i went 106deg. temp. and only 46 percent oxygen in my bloode my chest and testies hurt .......... now 2 years later hi blood pressure and bad circulation to my feet, toes hurt and toenails growing curled, leg coller brown from sockline down,constant dry caugh and my groin hurts below my belt line pain on both sides like in ware my testie sack hangs. im 43 6'1" 285 lbs gained some waight becose my feet hurt and i dont get around so good but still get to work......... what do you think is all wrong with me????
