could i be pregnant??

i had a miscarriage at 19wks 5 days gestation on the 8th april and i had my last period on the 28th may. me and my fiancee have been trying to conceive again as we were told by the doctors we were ok to do so, and yesterday morning i noticed that i was spotting but it was like normal it is brown and creamy and only slightly. could i be pregnant?? any answers greatly appreciated!!

You could be. Take a test? I had my last period on May 27th and I found out on Monday that I'm pregnant. So hopefully yours is a positive.
