Stomach Pains After Running, Also

Hello, my name is Matt and I am 15 years old.  After I go for a run, which usually last 30 minutes to an hour, I experience stomach pains. Most of the time, it lasts for the rest of the night (I have been going for a jog in the early afternoon [2-5 o'clock]).  I have had stomach problems and have seen the gastroenterologist, and he diagnosed me with Acid Reflux, IBM, and Celiac Sprue (Mainly, an intolerence to gluten).  I have neither eaten anything with gluten nor big portions of food that are very acidic.  I am supposed to be taking Prilosec twice a day once before breakfast and dinner, Zantac at night, and Doc-Q-Lace; but I have fallen behind. Is there any advice/suggestions that would help me remove my stomach pains?

Hi Matt,

I would suggest avoid eating a heavy breakfast you can have anything light and without too much oil. Also avoid eating about an hr before you run. Drink plenty of water to maintain hydration. Hope this helps.
