My RT ovary is above my UTERUS?????

I have been having some unusual abdominal pain recently and upon visiting my Dr. I was diagnosed with a UTI and given Cipro. Due to the severity of the abdominal pain, she referred me to have an ultrasound of my abdomen and pelvis area. During the ultrasound, the technician asked if I was pregnant, and so far all of my tests have been negative, but I would only be about 4 weeks if I were, so I dont know if it would show up if I was. Anyway, during the exam, the technician stated that my right ovary was not in the right location, but it was above my uterus. She did not state what could possibly cause this. I have been having abdominal pain around the lower/middle area that is a combination of sharp pains and menstrual cramp type feelings. This has been happening for about 2 weeks, mixed with nausea and constipation. Does anyone know what might could cause my ovary to be misplaced? I have never had any problems with my period before. Oh, also recently after sex I have been having SEVERE cramping in the lower middle portion of my stomach. I am not looking for a diagnosis, jut wondering since I cant see my dr for results for another week.
